Insurance

Insurance protection

Protecting you and your family financially is one of the most important steps you will take. We ask you to consider how you or your family would manage if you or your income were no longer there.

Critical Illness Cover

How would you cope financially if you were diagnosed with a specified Critical Illness such as Cancer or a heart attack? It is important to make sure you are covered against the financial impact this could have on you and your family.

Income Protection

If you cannot work and have no sick pay or your sick pay runs out, how would you be able to afford to pay your mortgage and household bills? This is a monthly income to help replace any loss of earnings, due to ill health or incapacity.

Life Insurance

Life insurance covers the costs that your family will face if you were to pass away. It can replace your income for a period of time, cover funeral costs, outstanding debts and mortgage repayments. Each policy is unique and will have its own terms and conditions, so it’s important to pay attention to the details when choosing the policy for you.

Buildings and Contents

Buildings Insurance covers the structure of your home in the event of weather, fire, or water damage. Contents Insurance covers everything in the house. If you turned your house upside down, everything that falls out would be covered under contents insurance.

If you have a mortgage on your home, it will be a condition of the mortgage to have at least buildings insurance.

Family Income Benefit

If the worst was to happen, Family Income Benefit can provide a monthly tax-free payment to help cover the cost-of-living expenses, instead of a lump sum.
